3M’s Weber Singled Out as ARTBA’s Regional Vice Chairman

Ronald A. Weber, executive vice president of 3M’s Transportation, Graphics & Safety Markets Division, based in St. Paul, MN, has been appointed the American Road & Transportation Builders Association’s (ARTBA) Central Region vice chairman.

As an ARTBA officer, Weber also serves as a member of the association’s executive committee and board of directors. He is a member of the association’s Traffic Safety Industry Division.

Weber joined 3M in 1964 at its Chicago offices. He was subsequently promoted to increasingly responsible positions, including general manager, Health Care Specialties Division; vice president, Traffic Control Materials Division; senior managing director, 3M Germany; and vice president, Automotive Division; before assuming his present position.

ARTBA, based in Washington, D.C., represents the interests of the U.S. transportation construction industry before the Congress, administration, federal regulatory agencies and media.
