Based in Guilford, Conn., A&D Equipment Inc. has built a strong reputation as a specialized attachment supplier focused on improving productivity for excavation and site-work contractors across North America. Led by President Donna LaFata, the company is best known as the exclusive North American distributor of the Rotastar screening bucket, a product A&D has used in real-world excavation work for more than 15 years.
A&D Equipment will once again have a visible presence at ConExpo-Con/AGG trade show in Las Vegas, appearing as a guest exhibitor within the booth of Steelwrist, a leading manufacturer of tiltrotators. This marks the fourth consecutive ConExpo appearance for A&D alongside Steelwrist, continuing a relationship that began when Steelwrist first entered the North American market in 2017.
At the show, A&D Equipment will prominently feature its flagship Rotastar screening bucket, paired with Steelwrist tiltrotators to demonstrate how complementary attachments can work together seamlessly. Steelwrist's Festival Grounds booth (F15026) is known for its live, interactive demonstrations, and 2026 will be no exception. Hourly demos will showcase operators using multiple attachments while narrating each movement, with microphones allowing real-time interaction between operators and the audience.
The Rotastar screening bucket stands apart for its innovative polyurethane star design, originally developed by Lloyd Manufacturing in the United Kingdom, according to the company. It allows contractors to screen material directly on the job site, reducing handling, trucking and the need for large stationary screening plants.
According to LaFata, ConExpo provides the ideal global stage to show contractors how smart attachment pairings can deliver practical efficiency gains in everyday operations.
