The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) announced the 2025 recipients of its annual AEM Advocacy Awards, recognizing member companies for their leadership in advancing policies that support the equipment manufacturing industry across North America.

AEM awarded its prestigious "Pillar of the Industry" honors to HCC Inc, recognizing the company's exceptional contributions to AEM's advocacy efforts, grassroots engagement and public affairs initiatives. The Pillar of the Industry Award is AEM's most prestigious advocacy award and reflects a deep commitment to advancing the industry's policy priorities at every level of government.

AEM announced the 2025 Advocacy Award honorees during the 2025 AEM Annual Conference, held November 19–21 in Miami, Fla. The event brought together industry executives, policymakers and thought leaders for three days of strategic discussions on the trends shaping the future of equipment manufacturing.
