The 2017, 33rd annual APWA Summer Conference — South Carolina state backhoe rodeo was held on July 11 in Charleston, S.C.
In the Upstate, Pee Dee, Lowcountry and Midlands areas of South Carolina, four regional competitions were held, and the top two finishers were invited to the state championships. Company Wrench, the JCB dealer of North and South Carolina, provided the JCB backhoe for the event.
