JLG Industries Inc. has been awarded a three-year, $21 million contract with the U.S. Army for the reconditioning of an estimated 350 All-Terrain Lifter Army System, also known as “ATLAS,” vehicles and 350 predecessor models.

Returning from Southwest Asia, the ATLAS vehicles and predecessor models will be reconditioned, bringing them up to current unit standards. The initial phase of the contract includes a $1.1 million delivery order and will be performed at JLG’s dedicated military rebuild facility in McConnellsburg, PA.

The company’s products include JLG aerial work platforms; JLG, SkyTrak, Lull and Gradall telehandlers; Gradall excavators; and an array of complementary accessories.
