Bobcat Company has expanded its dealer network with the addition of Williams Equipment and Supply Company of Louisiana as an authorized sales, service, parts and rental provider of Bobcat equipment. Williams Equipment and Supply Company of Louisiana dates back to 1950 when H.S. Finke founded a construction supply business in New Orleans. Soon after, Finke partnered with World War II veteran and recent college graduate James Williams to form Finke and Williams Inc.

Since opening its doors more than 60 years ago, the family-owned operation has grown to include 10 convenient locations spanning Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana — paving the way for dealerships outside larger metropolitan centers while pioneering the rental of construction equipment throughout the region.

Following the recent acquisition of an existing dealership in Monroe, La., Williams Equipment and Supply Company of Louisiana is now better able to provide contractors across northern Louisiana with construction supplies and equipment — ranging from concrete and masonry grout products and waterproofing solutions to Bobcat skidsteer loaders, compact track loaders and compact excavators, according to the company.
