The New Jersey Associated Equipment Distributors (NJAED) held its General Membership Meeting Dec. 12 at the Somerset Marriot in Somerset, N.J.

There, incoming NJAED President Brendan Binder (R) of Binder Machinery Company presented outgoing NJAED President Vincent Ryan of Bobcat of North Jersey an appreciation award for his years of service to the organization.

Brendan Binder is vice president of business operations of South Plainfield, N.J.’s Binder Machinery, and Vincent Ryan is owner of Bobcat of North Jersey with locations in Totowa and Kenvil, N.J.; and Newburgh, N.Y.
