Bobcat of Springfield hosted an open house and barbecue for more than 100 guests April 11. The event gave the new owner, the Bobcat of St. Louis Dealer Network, the opportunity to meet and welcome current customers.
"We wanted to showcase all the new brands we are bringing to the market — Doosan, Bandit, Terramac, Screen Machine, Hitachi and Green Climber," said marketing manager Dave Timpone. "We are excited to be a part of the Springfield community."
Bobcat of Springfield was founded in 1999. It was acquired by Bobcat of St. Louis in January.
Springfield Branch Manager Kyle Fenski and his daughter, Kylie, operate a Bobcat skid steer by remote control.

Guests enjoyed a barbecue lunch while meeting with representatives of Bobcat of Springfield’s new owner, the Bobcat of St. Louis Dealer Network.
