Carmeuse Selects Caterpillar's Autonomous Hauling Solution to Deploy at Drummond Island Operation

Carmeuse is deploying Caterpillar’s autonomous hauling solution at its Drummond Island quarry in Michigan. Using Cat MineStar Command for hauling across its 777 truck fleet, this partnership with Caterpillar and Fabick CAT aims to boost safety efficiency and production while advancing quarry operations.

Caterpillar Inc. announced an agreement with Carmeuse to deploy Caterpillar's autonomous hauling solution at the Carmeuse Drummond Island quarry in Drummond, Mich.

Delivered by Caterpillar and supported by Fabick CAT, Carmeuse will integrate Cat MineStar Command for hauling across its fleet of 777 trucks, alongside complementary MineStar capabilities for loaders and staff- supported equipment.
