Case Construction Equipment has announced its sponsorship of the 2012 “Landscaper of the Year” program.

This marks the fifth year Case has sponsored the event — which has grown to become one of the most prestigious award programs in the landscaping industry. The event, presented by Total Landscape Care magazine, celebrates the top 12 landscaping contractors in the United States.

The program recognizes companies that exemplify the highest standards of landscape professionalism, business acumen, marketing and equipment management expertise, attention to safety and community involvement.

“Case has a long history of providing the hardest-working equipment for landscaping professionals,” said Curtis Goettel, Case marketing manager. “The Landscaper of the Year award rewards the business owners who tackle the toughest landscaping and hardscaping jobs. We are committed to their success, and we built our new Alpha Series skid steers so they can get their work done faster and easier.

“Case is in it for the long haul. As our landscape customers expand their business, we are there with financing, service and a full line of equipment to meet their needs.”

The editors of Total Landscape Care select the top 12 landscaper finalists. Each will be featured in profiles in the magazine during 2012. In addition, all 12 will be invited to an all-expenses-paid trip for two on a four-day, three-night cruise to the Bahamas. During this event, the 2012 Landscaper of the Year will be announced. The winning landscape company also will appear on the cover of the January 2012 issue of the magazine.

Entrants can sign up online at www.totallandscapecare.net/landscaper-of-the-year or through their local Case dealer. All entries must be received by July 25, 2011. For more contest information or a list of the past winners, visit www.totallandscapecare.net/landscaper-of-the-year/winners.
