Hunyady Auction Company held an auction Nov. 18 in Souderton, Pa.
The sale, a complete liquidation of Scholl Brothers Excavating, which recently decided to close after 50 years in business, featured a host of dozers, rubber-tired loaders, vibratory compactors and more.
Sale highlights included a 1997 Caterpillar D5C LGP Series III dozer, which went for $13,000; a 1995 Caterpillar D5C Series III dozer, sold for $18,000; and a Caterpillar D6C dozer that fetched $23,000.
