The CK Power Family of Companies returned from ConExpo-Con/AGG with strong momentum following a milestone event that marked the first time its divisions, CK Power, Terramac, Hayes Manufacturing, Consolidated Machine and Welding and Rocky Mountain Powertrain, came together under a single, unified booth.
The showcase highlighted the organization's fully integrated capabilities across manufacturing, distribution and aftermarket support, drawing attention from across the construction and equipment industries.
"This was a defining moment," said JJ Costello, CK Power Family of Companies Co-CEO. "Bringing all of our divisions together allowed us to tell a bigger story, one centered on delivering complete, end-to-end solutions for our customers."
Booth That Delivered
From show open to final tear down, booth traffic remained consistently high, exceeding expectations across all divisions. A customer appreciation happy hour drew overwhelming attendance, reinforcing strong relationships and creating new connections across industries.
Success at ConExpo-Con/AGG was measured at multiple levels: each brand generated strong leads, customers discovered new capabilities across the company's divisions and teams connected and strengthened collaboration internally.
Terramac Breaks New Ground
Terramac debuted its wheeled dumper line at ConExpo-Con/AGG for the first time, generating immediate enthusiasm. The D14XL wheeled dumper with a 3,000-gal. water tank drew attention from a wide range of applications, resulting in a robust demo pipeline heading into Q2.
In addition, the RT14R unit showcased at the event was sold directly off the floor and delivered to Terramac's first Caterpillar dealer, Western States CAT, a milestone opening new opportunities within the CAT dealer network.
CK Power Showcases Innovation, Energy Evolution
CK Power introduced its new 2G DR aura 412, a 530kWe single-engine natural gas prime power generator set designed to deliver improved fuel efficiency, lower emissions, power for remote job sites and cost-effective operation in regions with access to natural gas.
The company also unveiled the CKG75TJDM5, a 60-70kW mobile generator prototype powered by the latest John Deere JD4 engine, underscoring CK Power's engineering capabilities and reinforcing its long- standing OEM partnerships.
"CK Power's prototype is an impressive demonstration of both engineering and manufacturing excellence," said Juan Ledesma, account manager of John Deere Power Systems. "As the first OEM to deploy the John Deere JD4 engine in a generator application, they have distinguished themselves not only as a leading distributor, but also as a highly capable industrial manufacturer."
Hayes Manufacturing Showcases Power Transmission Expertise
Hayes Manufacturing showed attendees its power transmission components, featured in a significant percentage of equipment on the show floor. Beyond their couplings, Hayes demonstrated broader capabilities, forming new relationships with engine distributors and OEMs seeking advanced power transmission solutions.
Made in the USA, Built for More
Visitors were drawn to CK Power Family of Companies' U.S.-based manufacturing hub in St. Louis, Mo., where both Terramac equipment and CK Power generator sets are produced in a centralized location, ensuring quality control, faster turnaround and responsive support. The company also highlighted its contract manufacturing capabilities, serving as a partner for complex builds with service and aftermarket support.
