C.N. Wood has welcomed Gerry Carney Jr. as its new sales and market analyst.

Within C.N. Wood’s sales division, Carney’s role will include sales admin support, market analysis and representative territory, customer profiling and target customer identification and measuring customer satisfaction.

Carney’s role in marketing will involve market research / trend analysis, developing C.N. Wood’s online and print ad presence, creating target campaigns for seasonal products and its participation within professional organizations.

One of Carney’s immediate assigned tasks will be handling the implementation of a company-wide CRM system that should not only allow its departments to be more efficient, but should increase customer satisfaction, according to the company.
