Custom-Made Volvo Loaders Complete the Fleet for Bobo

Bobo Grinding, based in Woodstock, GA, has very specific needs when it comes to equipment purchases. The company recently decided it was time to replace the fleet of loaders it used in its wood waste recycling business, and turned to Trax Inc.’s Gainesville, GA, branch for help.

Steven Anthony, sales representative for the Gainesville location, had been calling on Bobo Grinding for some time, and was well-equipped to respond to the company’s situation. The five Volvo L90C loaders that David Bobo, president of Bobo Grinding and Jimmy Bobo, vice president, were purchasing from Trax needed to be specially equipped, so Anthony went the extra mile to make sure the company got exactly what it wanted and needed. The special modifications included such things as equipping the machines with skidder tires, adding skid plates, various covers for windshields and lights, among other customizations.

“Trax does a great job on the conversion of these machines. We buy and then trade the machines after they reach 5000 hours,” said David Bobo. “The protective modifications help to keep the machines in good shape when we’re ready to trade.”
