CW Machine Worx Ltd. launched its newest dust suppression equipment product offering. Taking its roots from the self-contained HAWC/dust destroyer diesel products, these new electric units will support multiple industries and market segments in controlling dust, irrigation, odor control, evaporation and material retention, according to the manufacturer.

The dust demolisher electric product line has two models available.

The DE200-480V-E and DE150-480V-E. Both electric products are mounted on a four way metal base to give them ample support for any application. They can be mounted on a trailer for portability or on permanent pedestals.

The DE200-480V-E allows 18,800+ CFM of air to flow through the cone while generating 8,100 ft. per minute of air velocity. Powered by a 20 hp and 13 hp electric motors for the fan and booster pump, this unit has a water mist throw range of 200+ ft. It has oscillating capabilities of 30 to 330 degrees and elevation capabilities of minus 10 degrees to + 45 degrees. The water mist can cover up to 125,000 sq. ft., depending on wind direction and oscillation selection.

The DE150-480V-E allows 17,000+ CFM of air to flow through the cone while generating 7,400 ft. per minute of air velocity. Powered by a 15 hp and 11 hp electric motors for the fan and booster pump, this unit has a water mist throw range of 150+ ft. It has oscillating capabilities of 30 to 330 degrees and elevation capabilities of minus 10 degrees to + 45 degrees. The water mist can cover up to 70,700 sq. ft., depending on wind direction and oscillation selection.

For portability, both of these units can be mounted on a combo unit frame with a 1,000 gal. (3,785 L) polypropylene tank for remote water supply, and also have a 70Kva (DE200) or 45Kva (DE150) gen set included as a power source. This entire framed system can be mounted on a 20 ft. (6 m) dual axle trailer.
