Powered by a 44-hp Tier IV Yanmar diesel engine, the machine directs 34.5 hp is to the attachment, allowing it to complete tasks typically suited for traditional skid steer loaders, including tree handling and sod transfer.
The SK1550 offers a 1,558-lb-rated operating capacity to lift heavier loads — more than 50 percent higher capacity than other mini skid steers in its size class, according to the manufacturer.

A 332- sq. in. ergonomic operator platform comes standard with dual-lever ground drive controls, allowing the operator to independently control each track for precise mobility.
