Steve Cole has been appointed Atlas Copco Road Construction Equipment vice president, western region, bringing 18 years experience in the road construction equipment business. His primary responsibility is to make Dynapac the preferred road machinery supplier by identifying, developing and managing sales, support and marketing activities for all business channels in his region.
“Steve joins us after an accomplished career with Volvo [IR],” said Shawn Cheney, business line manager of road construction equipment, Dynapac USA. In addition to his extensive channel management experience, Cole has run company-owned distribution and was responsible for the development and launch of new products as a marketing manager. During a tour in China, he built the product and distribution strategy for IR’s road machinery in Asia Pacific.
