H & R Construction Parts & Equipment introduced Mark Elbaum as the new mining equipment manager. Elbaum brings more than 28 years of industry experience to the organization. His experience includes the sale and purchasing of used equipment, used parts sales and management, and the import and export of used machines internationally. He also developed a successful mining machine rebuild program with Caterpillar machines. Elbaum’s background with Caterpillar and Komatsu dealers has given him a wide range of product knowledge and the ability to research market conditions, trends and values. He has demonstrated the ability to focus on and address customer’s need, according to the comany. Elbaum will purchase aggregate and mining machines for resale or for dismantling. He also is interested in purchasing attachments, components and surplus parts. H & R looks to acquire machines manufactured by Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Euclid and Terex.
