Felling Trailers recently added side dump trailers to its fleet.
The Felling side dump trailers come in three different sizes ranging from 6 to 8 ton carrying capacities.
The side dump box on the front of the trailer is 5 by 8 ft. (1.5 by 2.4 m) and the deck is available in 14 ft. (4.3 m) or 16 ft. (4.9 m) lengths.
One feature of the Felling side dump is that the side of the box facing the deck is removable to allow more room to haul equipment, load shrubs, trees, etc. to deliver to the job site when the dump box is not being used.
The Felling side dump also features split-full width ramps with spring assist to accommodate narrow equipment and machines with smaller tires such as lawn mowers. These units can be built with a gooseneck hitch in lieu of the standard “bumper pull” style hitch.
