Jamie Foley, president of Foley Incorporated, has announced the promotion of George Kattak to director of finance, and Kerri Grenger to controller.

Prior to joining Foley Inc. Kattak was a partner with Bederson & Company for 13 years. He has been controller at Foley Inc. for four years, during which he led the implementation of SAP.

In Kattak’s new role he will be responsible for all aspects of the finance department, having the treasurer and controller report to him. He will report to Susan Connolly, executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Grenger previously held positions of senior accountant at The Museum Company, finance manager of Purepac Pharmaceutical Company, and finance manager at Avaya Inc. She began her career at Foley Inc. in 2004 as assistant controller.

As an advisor to the top management team, Grenger will function as the chief accountant managing the accounting department. She will report to Kattak.

“George and Kerri have led a number of successful initiatives including restructuring the accounting department to be more effective, reducing the issuance of the monthly financial statements from 15 to nine days, and streamlining our year-end audit process by more than a month. I am personally proud to call them ’team members’ and feel they live our corporate values every day,” Foley said.
