A beautiful day welcomed 184 golfers to the Sept. 28 golf outing held at Panther Creek Country Club and Piper Glen Golf Club in Springfield, Ill. Due to the strong support of everyone attending, this outing raised $10,920 for the IAAP Political Action Committee.

The golf outing offers a unique opportunity to have fun and visit with friends in the aggregates industry. Using a scramble format, the event proved to be highly competitive once again. In addition to golf, a delicious meal at the end of the day was concluded with recognition for the best scores and outstanding players at both courses, trophy awards and numerous raffle and door prizes. Everyone agreed it was a fine day to be playing golf. The 2016 IAAP golf outing is scheduled for Sept. 12.
