The Grasan KRHl013 concrete and asphalt rubble crushing plant combines the features of a compact, highly mobile machine with the benefits of a hydraulically-controlled primary impactor for greater control of product size and up to 20 percent increased production over same-size impactors with standard controls. The plant’s overall size is well suited for use in crowded urban areas. But it can crush concrete and asphalt rubble at up to 200 tons per hour, making it also suitable for use in larger-production applications such as demolition and excavation sites, road building and reconstruction projects, and limestone and recyclables at quarries. The impactor has a 142-centimeter (56 in.) wide feed opening to minimize pre-feed material preparation.

The plant sets up ready for use in 15 minutes. It is equipped with a 121 centimeter by 487 centimeter (4 ft. x 16 ft.) variable control grizzly feeder; and 121 centimeter by 1,066 centimeter (4 ft. x 35 ft.) discharge conveyor with 20 centimeter (8 in.) channel frame, tubular cross members and optional Dings electromagnet. Power is supplied by a John Deere 316-kilowatt (425 hp), 12.5-liter diesel with a two-year parts/labor warranty and critical-duty muffler for quiet operation. The operator’s station and service walkway provide easy access to crusher and engine.

The unit is mounted on a high-strength steel chassis with triple-axle suspension Overall dimensions are 411 centimeters (13.5 ft.) high, 14.6 meters (48 ft.) long and 289 centimeters (9.5 ft.) wide. Includes standard auxiliary hydraulic couplings to power optional Grasan stockpiling conveyors.

An optional 61 centimeter by 15 meter (2 ft. x 50 ft.) return conveyor and diesel hydraulic powered, double deck, 152 by 487-centimeter (5 ft. x 16 ft.) screen plant are sized for use with the crushing plant.
