GreyStone Inc., based in Columbus, Neb., will debut its new aggregate equipment, which includes the unibody fine material washing screw and a portable dewatering screen with an Aggre-Dry style flume in Central Hall C5, booth 52372.

The unibody fine material washing screw can be set up quickly, and consistently delivers thoroughly-cleaned aggregate, saving time and money for operations, according to the manufacturer.

Its one-piece body design features reconfigured wings that are welded to the tub, creating seamless water retention. In addition, it is fabricated using ASTM A36 certified structural steel for stability, while maintaining a lightweight structure. Designed to be highly portable, the 36 in. by 25 ft. (91 cm by 7.6 m) unibody design eliminates the need for extra highway permits. The unit is ready for production after only three simple steps: attaching the legs, connecting the water and plugging into a power source.

GreyStone’s portable dewatering screen is designed as a portable and cost effective version of GreyStone’s classic Aggre-Dry, which combined a fine material screw and dewatering screen in one unit. The portable dewatering screen is comprised of a 5 by 10 ft. (1.5 by 3 m) GreyStone dewatering screen and a flume similar to the one used on the Aggre-Dry, retaining the excess water and fines. The new portable dewatering screen is for producers who need a portable system that keeps moisture content low, reduces the amount of water needed on site and produces more in-spec fines.
