Groff Tractor & Equipment has announced three Case Triple Threat rodeos, which will test operation skills of three Case machines: N Series backhoe loaders, F Series wheel loader and Alpha Series skid steer loader.

Any contractors owning, leasing or renting any make or model of backhoe loaders, wheel loaders and skid steer are invited to enter their operators in the competition. (Operators must be 18 years or older to compete.)

Contractors and operators are encouraged to bring their families and friends to cheer on their favorite competitor and take part in the day's activities, including activities for children, food, music and more.

Awards will be given to the top three finishers of each event. The overall winner of each event will win a trip to compete in the North American Championship Event in Las Vegas, Nev., at the World of Concrete trade show in January 2012.

Groff Tractor also will hold Municipal/Governmental Appreciation Day events the Friday before each Triple Threat Rodeo. Township, municipality and PennDOT workers are encouraged to stop by and see the newest models of equipment. Lunch will be available for those able to attend.

Local Habitat for Humanity (HFH) affiliates will be in attendance at each event to promote the organization as well as to solicit volunteers and to provide contribution opportunities. Groff Tractor will make a monetary donation to Habitat for Humanity and will hold raffles at each event to raise additional money for HFH.
