Tracey Road Equipment has announced the appointment of Rich Groves to the position of parts manager in its Albany, NY, store.
According to General Product Support Manager Bill Allman, “Our parts business in the capital region and all along the I-87 corridor is growing leaps and bounds. We’ve started bringing our complete line of construction equipment sales and rentals to the region and with the recent addition of Hyundai Construction Equipment, we’re expecting great things to happen there.
“Rich has an excellent background in the parts business and will be responsible for coordinating our growth and implementing customer driven parts policies and procedures that will support our growing presence there.”
Groves has 20 years of parts experience, most recently serving as the parts manager of Ryder Logistics in Albany, NY.
