Hendrickson exhibited suspension solutions engineered for the demanding needs of vocational fleets at ConExpo-Con/AGG 2026.

Among the products exhibited were the HAULMAAX EX heavy-duty rubber suspension system and PRIMAAX EX severe-duty air suspension system for rear drive axles in vocational trucks.

Hendrickson's latest HAULMAAX EX and PRIMAAX EX offerings build on a century of innovation in vocational suspensions, including the company's first tandem walking-beam suspension introduced 100 years ago, according to Hendrickson.

That breakthrough equalizing-beam design set a benchmark for durability, traction and load equalization in severe-duty applications, and its core principles carry forward in Hendrickson's modern suspension portfolio for today's demanding on- and off-highway environments, according to Hendrickson.

HAULMAAX EX is available at all major North American vocational truck OEMs for tandem drive axle configurations in capacities from 40,000 to 52,000 lbs. and axle spacing of 52 in., 54 in., 60 in. and 72.5 in.. PRIMAAX EX is available in single, tandem and tridem drive axle configurations in capacities from 23,000 to 78,000 lbs., with axle spacing from 52 in. to 72.5 in. Both solutions are available in a wide range of ride heights and accommodate different brake systems to support customer's specific application needs.

Maintenance-friendly features such as the Quik-Align axle alignment system, D‑pin axle connections, maintenance-free structural beam joints and premium rubber torque rod bushings help reduce downtime and extend component and tire life.

Also displayed at the company's booth was Hendrickson's ULTIMAAX, STEERTEK NXT HD, COMPOSILITE EX, ROADMAAX for truck crane and AIRTEK NXT for truck crane suspension systems, along with TRAAX ROD torque rods, further showcasing the range of Hendrickson's vocational and heavy-duty suspension portfolio.
