Holt CAT the Caterpillar dealer of south, central, north and east Texas, announced Aline Carmichael as the new senior director of human resource partners. Carmichael will be responsible for leading Holt’s human resource practices, including employment, employee relations, employee benefits, compensation and compliance, and safety and environmental management services.

Carmichael joined Holt CAT in 1997 as the administrative assistant of Finning - Holt Pipeline. In 1998, She was promoted to technical recruiter of human resource partners, and in 2002 she assumed the role of assistant director of personnel services. Most recently, Carmichael held the position of director of human resources.
