Fake Engineer Arrested While Bidding on $33M Construction Job
A Florida woman is facing charges for allegedly trying to win a $33 million construction project with a fake engineering degree. Janet Maria LeGrand, 46, was booked into the Miami-Dade County Jail on July 19 on a charge of organized scheme to defraud, according to an arrest report obtained by the Miami Herald.
