Ingersoll Rand Company Limited provides earthmoving power with two compact wheel loaders, the WL-350 and the WL-440. The wheel loaders combine several features for performance in building, landscaping, rental and utility applications, as well as general construction and repair work.

The 60-hp (44.7 kW) WL-350 has an operating weight of 11,240 lbs. (5,098 kg) and a bucket size of 1.2 cu. yds. (.9 cu m).

The 73-hp (54.4 kW) WL-440 has an operating weight of 13,230 lbs. (6,001 kg) and a bucket size of 1.4 cu. yds. (1.1 cu m).

Parallel loader linkage assures high breakout force and enables these wheel loaders to function as tool carriers by maintaining load position parallel to the ground throughout the lifting range. The breakout force of the WL-350 is 10,128 lbs. (4,594 kg), and the breakout force of the WL-440 is 12,730 lbs. (5,774 kg).

Hydrostatic drivetrain technology controls variable speeds within two speed ranges: 0 to 4 mph (0 to 6.4 kmh) and 0 to 13 mph (0 to 21 kmh). Combined with the limited slip differential axles, the wheel loaders adapt to any surface conditions to deliver maximum drive-wheel traction, according to the manufacturer.

The transverse-mounted engine and hydraulic pump at the rear of the wheel loaders provide a high static tipping load while maintaining their compact size. The WL-350 tipping load straight is 11,731 lbs. (5,321 kg), and tipping load articulated is 10,352 lbs. (4,696 kg).

The WL-440 tipping load straight is 14,620 lbs. (6,631 kg), and tipping load articulated is 12,900 lbs. (5,851 kg). This design provides easy access to all important service points, reducing the time required for maintenance.

The compact wheel loaders come standard with a hydraulic quick coupler system, allowing operators to quickly change attachments from the safety and comfort of the climate-controlled cab. Available attachments and optional equipment for the Ingersoll Rand wheel loaders include forks, light material buckets, side-dump buckets, high-tip buckets, multipurpose buckets, high-speed travel packages, and electrical tank refilling pumps.
