As the industry gathers for ConExpo-Con/AGG 2026, Isuzu Diesel marks five decades of Isuzu engines powering equipment throughout North America.

Building on last year's recognition of 50 years of Isuzu engine sales in the United States, Isuzu engines have supported equipment manufacturers and end users in the United States and Canada for five decades — delivering reliability, durability and long-term value in demanding applications spanning construction, agriculture, utilities, power generation and other industrial markets.

"Reaching five decades of Isuzu engines powering equipment throughout North America reflects the long-standing relationships we've built with equipment manufacturers, distributors and dealers across this region," said Masaaki Sugino, executive vice president of Isuzu Motors America LLC, powertrain division. "For generations, customers have depended on Isuzu engines for durable, reliable performance in demanding environments. We value that trust and remain committed to supporting them with dependable products and the service and technical expertise they rely on."

Backed by a network of more than 400 authorized dealers and distributors, Isuzu Diesel provides localized access to sales, application guidance, genuine parts and ongoing product support — reinforcing the reliability customers have trusted for five decades.

At ConExpo-Con/AGG 2026, Isuzu will showcase a forward-looking engine technology concept representing Isuzu global engineering capabilities, alongside engineered power unit solutions designed and supported by Isuzu Diesel. Together, these displays demonstrate the combination of engine development and application-focused expertise that supports equipment manufacturers throughout North America.

"From forward-looking technology concepts to application-focused power unit solutions, our team remains focused on delivering dependable performance and practical support that equipment manufacturers can count on," said Ken Martin, executive director of sales and supply chain.

Isuzu Diesel products include a broad lineup of industrial engines ranging from 11.8 hp to 512 hp powering the machines that shape infrastructure, agriculture and utilities throughout the region.
