John Deere dealership, James River Equipment, will be hosting a Grand Opening celebration on September 14, 2018, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 245 Yardmaster Ct. in Stephenson.

Join James River Equipment for a fun-filled day, including a community BBQ, door prizes, ribbon cutting and a GPS demonstration. Customers will also get the opportunity to speak with experts in the industry one-on-one.

The first day of official business in the new location was September 11, 2017. The move was successful with the help of more than 50 volunteers. James River's new building is located on 12 acres, with a 5,500 sq. ft. warehouse, 4,500 sq. ft. showroom/office and 20,000 sq. ft. shop. The

building was also designed with the ability to add 20,000 additional square footage if necessary.
