Jeff Martin Auctioneers Inc. held its Early Fall Public Auction Aug. 11 to 12, in Brooklyn, Miss. The next two-day public auction in Brooklyn, Miss., will be Nov. 10 and 11.

This public auction was held for multiple local counties and contractors who recently decided to liquidate excess equipment inventory due to job completion. There were a total of 1,400-plus items in all four rings. A total of 1,200 participated in live and online bidding from 40 different states and four different countries.

Highlights from the auction included five 2012 Caterpillar 140M2 VHP Plus motorgraders, 2005 Challenger MT665B MFWD tractor, 2008 Case IH 95 utility/farm tractor, 2011 Komatsu D65PX-16 crawler tractor and a 2006 Mack CV713 Tri/A dump.

Jeff Martin Auctioneers' next offsite auction will be the Permian Basin Absolute Public Auction held in Stanton, Texas, September 13, 2017. This auction will feature heavy equipment, heavy trucks and heavy trailers.
