Jeff Martin Auctioneers Inc. is once again back in action in Ottumwa, Iowa. Mike and David Turner, the owners of Turner Concrete Construction, have decided to retire and have commissioned Jeff Martin Auctioneers Inc. to conduct a public retirement auction to be held on Nov. 21 beginning at 10 a.m. CST.

The auction features more than 450 items of construction equipment, trucks, trailers and related items. Local auctioneer and territory manager of JMA, Ryan Reed, said, "Turner Concrete has exceptional late model, low usage equipment, with a robust maintenance plan in place until the last day they operated these machines. This is truly the kind of equipment and trucks that almost everyone can use and add to their fleet. With the addition of other local consignors' equipment, this auction is going to attract people from all over the U.S., both onsite and online."

Jeff Martin, CEO of the auction company, is excited to be pressing westward and booking more auctions in the Midwest region of the United States.

The Turners have even put their trust in Jeff Martin Auctioneers Inc. to offer their commercial property at public auction. This portion of the auction will begin at 12 Noon. Everything a company or individual needs to get into the concrete or construction business will be available on auction day.

Taking the weather into consideration, JMA is preparing an auction situation to where the customers will sit inside and view pictures via a large screen and televisions, and bid to the ring staff and auctioneer in warmth and comfort.
