Jeff Martin Auctioneers Inc. held its Fall Public Auction in Brooklyn, Miss., Nov. 6 to 7. This was one of the largest auctions Jeff Martin Auctioneers has held to date. The next auction, in Brooklyn, Miss., will be February 2016.

This public auction was held for multiple local counties and contractors in order to liquidate excess equipment inventory. A total of 650-plus buyers participated in live and online bidding, some from as far as Alaska, New York and Maryland.

Highlights from the auction included a 2013 Mack granite dump truck, a 2011 Chevrolet LT271 truck, a John Deere 8320 tractor, a 2005 John Deere 848G skidder and a 1993 815B compactor.

Jeff Martin Auctioneers’s next auction will be the Coastal Carolina Contractors Absolute Public Auction held in Charleston, S.C., Jan. 20. This auction will feature heavy equipment and heavy trucks.
