Jim Lutz has accepted the position of sales representative of Eagle Power & Equipment, the authorized Case Dealer in Montgomeryville, Pa.

Lutz said he was "ecstatic" when Dean Leonetti Sr. called him with a job offer.

"After learning that my predecessor, Don Walsh, was retiring, I thought that pursuing this position with Eagle would be a great opportunity," Lutz said. "So far, the place has lived up to its classy and 'good people' reputation."

Lutz said his goal is to support customers in a way that will form solid relationships.

"Don Walsh has left behind quite a legacy. I intend to continue to give customers the kind of quality treatment that they are used to getting," Lutz said.

Lutz comes to this position with 10 years of experience in construction equipment sales. He began his career with Hertz Equipment Rental in Allentown, Pa., as a sales coordinator and eventually became branch manager. He then became a sales representative for JENCO Inc.

Prior to accepting his position with Eagle Power & Equipment, Lutz was employed at O.R.E. Rentals & Sales of Quakertown, Pa.
