More than 600 consignors were represented at the auction including Flint Equipment, Taylor Services, Claiborne, B & G Supply and Joe McGee Construction. Caterpillar dealers including Blanchard, Thompson and Yancey also supplied equipment for the sale.

Several highlights of the auction caught bidders' attention including a group of more than 300 2015 to 2007 Mack, KW, Pete and Western Star vocational work trucks and a fleet of 2011 year model Caterpillar machines from counties across the Southeast.

Bryant Wood, president of JM Wood, was pleased with the turnout and success of record-breaking annual spring auction.

"This was the largest auction in the 42 years of our family business," said Wood. "We had over 600 consignors that put their faith in us at this auction. We worked hard on their behalf and their timing could not have been any better for this auction. Prices were strong and attendance was high."
