King of Prussia Equipment Corp. and Husqvarna Construction Products held a hands-on service school for technicians in the Greater Philadelphia, New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania area. Stewart Carr, Soff Cut specialist of the Northeast, led the class of 15 technicians.
The training began with Carr giving a Power Point presentation of all the Soff Cut products. After the presentation, Stewart went over the process of servicing the machines, including the importance of cleaning and servicing.
At noon lunch was provided by King of Prussia Equipment Corp., and then the group moved on the hands-on instruction, where every mechanic was involved. A question-and-answer period followed.
Once completed, Carr gave every technician a special tool along with hats and other Husqvarna handouts.
