KIOTI Tractor, a division of Daedong Industrial Company Ltd, has promoted Michael Boucher to senior director of finance and chief financial officer. Boucher was most recently the company’s director of finance.

Boucher’s promotion is one of three recent strategic moves within the company designed to better balance the international and domestic aspects of the business and to provide a strong and well-rounded management team to lead the company in North America, according to the company.

Boucher has been with KIOTI since 2006. He came to the company with many years of experience in the automotive industry before a ten-year stint as president of Decker & Company, an agricultural industry firm.

KIOTI Tractor is located in Wendell, N.C. It offers 30 tractor models ranging from 22 to 90 hp (16 to 67 kW) along with a choice of loader booms and buckets, backhoes and other attachments and implements.
