Kirby-Smith Machinery is announcing the hiring of Brad Campbell as General Service Manager. Campbell will lead Kirby-Smith's service business, including strategical oversight of company goals and objectives to further the growth and development of all business segments related to the company's service operations. The creation of the General Service Manager position will ensure that Kirby-Smith continues to be well positioned in what has become a complex, competitive landscape across the heavy equipment industry. Campbell's office will be located at Kirby-Smith's Fort Worth branch.

Kirby-Smith's Vice President of Customer Care, Tom Montgomery, is confident about the positive impact Campbell will have in this new role.

“Brad comes to us with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the construction equipment business. I am sure we will all benefit from his leadership and ability to create solutions for many of the issues we face every day,” said Montgomery.

Campbell brings 37 years' of experience into this new role with Kirby-Smith. He has served as Product Support Manager for multiple heavy equipment dealerships with a primary focus on improving customer satisfaction. Campbell is committed to giving his employees a working environment suitable to ensuring that customers receive the best service experience possible, and understands the importance of attracting, educating, and supporting service employees in an industry that is facing a nation-wide technician shortage. Campbell is excited for the opportunity and has big expectations for the company's service operations.

“With a strong focus on improving customer satisfaction, as well as the continued support, training, and education of our service personnel, we will become a world class leader in the equipment industry,” said Campbell.

For leisure, Campbell loves to spend time kayaking with his wife Cindy. They have been married 37 years and have raised two wonderful sons.
