Komatsu Pledges Nearly $1.5M for Earthquake Relief

Komatsu American Corp. parent company, Komatsu Ltd., in conjunction with its China affiliates and China employees, will donate approximately $1.45 million in cash and equipment toward relief efforts for the recent devastating earthquake in China.

Komatsu Ltd., established in 1921, is a manufacturer and supplier of construction and mining equipment. In addition to construction and mining equipment, the company’s core business also includes industrial-use machinery such as sheetmetal machines arid forging presses, forklift trucks and forestry equipment.
