Liebherr USA Co. Earthmoving and Material Handling Technology was awarded a Sourcewell contract following a rigorous request for proposal process resulting in contracts that meet most local procurement requirements.

Liebherr's heavy construction equipment contract fulfills goods and services including earthmoving equipment, wheeled excavators, compact excavators, crawler excavators, crawler dozers, wheel loaders, crawler material handlers, wheeled material handlers, specialized configurations and assistance systems.

"Over the last few years, we have seen a shift in purchasing strategies of government entities from individual bids to using purchasing cooperatives.
