Link-Belt Cranes Names Pat Collins as Director of Sales

Pat Collins has been appointed as director of sales of Link-Belt Cranes. Known for his innovative designs and strong relationships with distributors and customers, Collins will bring valuable expertise to his new role in leading sales efforts at the company.

Pat Collins has been named director of sales of Link-Belt Cranes, effective July 1, 2025.

Link-Belt Senior Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Customer Support Bill Stramer made the announcement at the company's headquarters in Lexington, Ky.

With a career spanning nearly five decades in the crane and construction equipment business, Collins began his career with FMC Link-Belt in 1979 as a product training instructor. He served as a district service representative of Link-Belt in the Rocky Mountain region before moving to Lexington in 1989 for his role as product manager of crawler cranes. Since then, he's held various positions within the marketing and sales group.

In 2013, Collins was promoted to sirector of product marketing. Throughout his vast experience, Collins has been at the forefront of many new and innovative designs for both telescopic and lattice cranes, according to Link-Belt.

"Pat has a long-standing relationship with Link-Belt distributors and customers," said Stramer. "Since his early career in Cedar Rapids to now, he has always been a strong voice for Link-Belt across our industry. He will do great in this new role."
