LiuGong North America has confirmed that LiuGong Construction Machinery in China will produce in excess of 38,000 wheel loaders during the 2009 calendar year. This growth will mark the ninth straight year of increased production of these machines and exceeds all previous production levels for the company.

Increased demand has allowed LiuGong to expand outside of China into other markets including North America.

LiuGong’s wheel loader market growth inside and outside China sits at approximately 146,000 units annually. In addition, LiuGong currently holds the number one market share position in China for wheel loaders.
