Manitou North America Inc. (MNA) opened its new customer service center at a national dealer meeting held in Waco, Texas, on Oct. 16.

The new center is an expansion of Manitou’s existing facility and will quadruple the current storage capacity.

Steve Peacock, Director of After-Sales Support said, “This expansion demonstrates our commitment to increasing the level of customer support. MNA will be able to accommodate additional spare parts storage to better support the Manitou rough terrain material handling equipment sold through its dealer network throughout the United States. In addition, training classrooms, workshops and service bays have been incorporated within the new facility, to further enhance the product knowledge of dealer and end user service personnel.”

The new building was completed in June of this year and became fully operational by the end of October.
