Barry Pennypacker, CEO of Manitowoc, recently made an appearance on a Fox business news report in which he responded to President Trump's announcement of a $1 trillion plan that focuses on infrastructure.

Mr. Pennypacker states that 2,000 employees were let go in recent years due to cutbacks that have resulted from issues with imports and foreign exchange. If the new infrastructure bill were to pass Congress he believes that they can get those jobs back.
