Martin & Martin Auctioneers held an absolute auction for Bruce’s Iron & Metal in Gastonia, N.C., on June 10. Bruce Wofford founded Bruce’s Iron & Metal more than 60 years ago, and stayed active in the business until his son Bruce took over the company. Now the third generation, Dave Wofford currently owns the company with Dave Gilmore.
Nearly 125 registered bidders attended the sale, and an additional 200 bidders participated online. The highlights included Sennebogen machines, shear, baler, forklifts and other pieces.
