Dave previously worked in his father’s heavy equipment repair shop and as a fleet maintenance manager for several local contractors.
Grapes was hired on April 1, 2011, and has a management philosophy of “Customers’ needs come first.” “Give me a call; this will be the last call you make,” he tells customers.
