More than 2,850 bidders participated online and in person at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers’s multi-million dollar unreserved public equipment auction in Chicago, Ill., on Dec. 12.

Bidders came from more than 50 countries, including 48 U.S. states. Approximately 66 percent of the equipment was sold to out-of-state buyers, from as far away as India, Belize, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Singapore. Online bidders purchased 43 percent of the equipment sold (by dollar value).

The auction featured nearly 1,550 equipment items, including more than 50 pickup trucks and 70 truck tractors, as well as a large selection of scissorlifts, 4WD tractors, wheel loaders, hydraulic excavators and more. For more information, please visit www.rbauction.com.
