Murphy Tractor Hosts Open House in Waterloo, IA

Murphy Tractor & Equipment Company Inc., one of John Deere’s largest North American construction equipment dealer organizations, hosted an open house at its Waterloo, IA, store location on July 14.

Various items, including a one-week backhoe rental, were auctioned at the event. Proceeds from a charity auction totaled $1,000 and were donated to the Cancer Treatment Center, Covenant Medical Center, Waterloo, IA, in memory of Jerry Klemp. Klemp, the company’s branch manager at the Waterloo store, passed away recently from cancer.

The open house featured product training and the opportunity for customers to demo the new Deere D-Series motorgraders and various other products. Lunch also was served and several door prizes were given away.

Murphy Tractor & Equipment Company Inc. is headquartered in Wichita, KS. The organization has 16 locations throughout the mid-western states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.
