Murphy Tractor & Equipment Co. Inc. recently announced the promotion of Jeff Goth to customer support advisor, who is based in Kansas City, Mo. He will be responsible for calling on customers to inspect and quote repair services and complete undercarriage appraisals in northeast Kansas and northwest Missouri.

Goth started his career at Murphy Tractor in 2005, when he worked in the warehouse. He then moved to a parts representative position, and later to a service writer. While working for the company, Goth committed himself to online courses, and earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, from Park University.

“Jeff will bring knowledge of already knowing the parts and service areas, as well as a strong commitment to providing top quality support to customers,” said Roland Hammond, service manager.
